Very nice hotel about 1/2 mile away from the more congested area of downtown anchorage. Modern and clean with GREAT customer service staff. Dining options could be better but overall a very good choice. Having stayed elsewhere in Anchorage before, this hotel would be my choice. Prices reasonable for downtown Anchorage

Stunning and luxurious hotel on the center of Anchorage. Staff sang Happy birthday to my mom at check in and made it extra special for here. Many amazing sights and glaciers are viewable within driving distance from here. Also the lounge has amazing views of Anchorage and the area. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is clean, has good food in the lounge and has beautiful views of Anchorage and the surrounding mountains. However, the rooms are dated, the bathrooms are small and poorly laid out, the elevators are missing buttons, and the parking lot doesn't feel like a safe place to keep your car. The location is convenient to downtown, however, I would recommend finding a different place to stay if you're hoping to visit Alaska and get out to see the sights!

Pretty decent hotel. Nothing wrong with it but nothing great about it. Solid lounge. Nice views of the mountains or water if you're high enough up. You're walking a little bit more to get to the restaurants or shops compared to the Marriott or Hilton. But the value is solid at this place. They comp'd my parking too cause of my status which was awesome!

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Everything is extremely old and it shows. The bathrooms are insanely small. The only great thing about this hotel is the lounge, the food was pretty good and reliable. The staff were great, but there’s really nothing you can do with the outdated EVERYTHING. The rooms are small. It’s extremely busy as this place is a cruise hotel and also housing airplane crew. If you need somewhere to stay and want to stay with Marriott, I suggest the spring hill suites.
